Earl Kemper

Earl founded The Premier Advisory Group in Lakewood, Colorado in 2002 with a purpose and passion to be a catalyst for the success of business owners. He has more than 35 years of business coaching and brokering experience. In the past 15 years, he was awarded Global Coach of the Year 3x, and America’s Coach of the Year 6x. In 2013, Earl was inducted into the ActionCOACH Business Coaching Hall of Fame.
Earl has coached more than 1,500 business owners, who on average, double profits in their business within 18 months, add additional locations, or transition their business ownership for the ultimate payday. Earl is an authority on developing strategic alliances and bringing the right players to the table to make big things happen. He helps clients achieve more with less by increasing their sales, profits, and–most importantly–helping them gain clarity and achieve the vision they have for their business and their life.
Anthony Blanco
BUSINESS COACH
Anthony has been coaching professional services practices for more than 20 years. He finds personal satisfaction in helping business owners find their significance and freedom, and create an impact. His passion is engaging people in their vision for their life and business and helping them pursue that vision.
At The Premier Advisory Group, Anthony helps business owners and leadership teams dream big and set achievable goals, while equipping them with tools to accomplish those goals. He works with high-net-worth clients across the country, and is a lifelong learner who loves to teach. He is a triathlete, and was awarded Global Coach of the Year twice in the past four years out of 1000+ coaches in 76 countries.
Paul May
CFO
Paul is a proactive, growth-focused CFO with more than 30 years of experience in financial management, in a variety of industries. He provides outsourced CFO services when our clients need to improve their financials in preparation for an acquisition. He works closely with you and your coaching and brokerage team to ensure your numbers are in top-shape to inform decisions and forecast your business financial plans.

Kris Kauss
BUSINESS COACH
Kris is an accomplished business leader, who, over 35+ years, has served in finance, sales and general management roles across several industries, leading groups with sales ranging from $13M to $45M and teams of from 25 to 60 associates. He has led team turnarounds, continuous improvement projects, has championed organic and geographic sales growth, and improved profitability in each role.
Kris brings his passion for constant improvement and enterprise growth to The Premier Advisory Group, Inc. where he is enabling individuals and organizations in their growth journeys. He is dedicated to a team first perspective, knowing that when individuals and teams are led, recognized and celebrated, they flourish.
Shayna Nelson
STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Shayna is the Staff Accountant for The Premier Advisory Group, Inc. with a wide-ranging skill set in Finance. Previously, Shayna served as the Accountant for the Kansas State Air Guard and was a member of the US Air National Guard for over 10 years. She has held roles in Office Management and Inventory Control, has successfully led new team members, and has consistently implemented operational and process improvements.
Shayna is a highly motivated team player at The Premier Advisory Group, Inc., who believes communication and a positive attitude are vital for every day success. She has a passion for creative problem-solving, maximizing working relationships and taking on new challenges, all with a high attention to detail.
